These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 999dk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the 999dk online betting and casino platform accessible at https://999dk.cam and any associated services, mobile interfaces, applications or promotional communications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accepting a bonus or otherwise using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. 999dk strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is enforced as part of the KYC process prior to any withdrawal.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close relative of any employee, contractor or director of 999dk or any of its affiliated suppliers or content providers.
• You must not have had a previous Account suspended or permanently closed by 999dk for a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration and notify us promptly of any changes.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. 999dk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all associated balances, forfeiture of any bonus funds and permanent Account closure.

4.2 Registration Information. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address and any other information requested during registration. All information must be accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. 999dk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. You should use a strong, unique password and enable any two-factor authentication options offered by the Platform.

4.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify 999dk immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 999dk reserves the right to freeze an Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

4.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 999dk requires completion of the KYC verification process. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address dated within the last three months, and — where relevant — proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal suspension and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, Account closure.

4.6 Account Currency. 999dk Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise confirmed by the Operator. All displayed balances, bet amounts and transaction records reflect PKR values. Any currency conversion applicable to international payment methods is subject to the prevailing rate at the time of transaction plus any applicable fees.

5.1 Deposit Methods. 999dk supports various deposit methods, details of which are published on the Platform's cashier page. Payment-provider names referenced on this site — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are used for contextual familiarity only. They do not imply that those providers endorse gambling services or that their support for transactions on this Platform is guaranteed. Available methods and applicable limits are confirmed at the operator level and may change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the cashier page at the time of transaction. 999dk reserves the right to amend minimum or maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and may be returned to the originating payment source.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified under KYC procedures. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 999dk reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds, in compliance with AML obligations.

5.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC completion status. Indicative timelines are published on the Platform but are not guaranteed. 999dk is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network failures.

5.5 Own Funds Only. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are your own lawfully obtained money and are free from any criminal origin. The use of funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a report to relevant authorities.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. 999dk reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Platform suspects the use of arbitrage strategies, exploitation of system errors, or involvement in match-fixing or irregular market activity.

6.2 Odds and Markets. All odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at time of placement are those recorded and binding once the bet is confirmed. Pre-match and live in-play markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — are subject to their respective sport-specific rules as published on the Platform.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond the applicable rules period, clear pricing errors, incomplete or abandoned events where rules do not provide for a result, or technical errors resulting in incorrect market display. Void bets will have stakes returned to the User's Account balance.

6.4 Casino Games — RNG & RTP. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any session. 999dk does not manipulate game outcomes and does not make "guaranteed win" claims.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per bet, per event or per day may apply and are published on the Platform. Where a payout would exceed applicable limits, the excess will be forfeited. Users are advised to check current payout limits before placing large bets.

6.6 System or Connectivity Errors. 999dk is not responsible for interrupted bets or sessions resulting from server outages, internet connectivity failures or device-side issues. Where a bet placement cannot be confirmed due to a technical error, no wager is accepted and no liability arises. Bets confirmed prior to disconnection remain binding.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and promotional credits offered by 999dk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matter in question.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any withdrawal may be made. The applicable multiple, eligible games and contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotion terms. By way of illustration only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. These figures are examples only — always verify the actual requirement before claiming any offer.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active, a maximum permitted stake per bet may apply as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the promotion's validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the Account balance. No extension will be granted except at the Operator's sole discretion.

7.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated, each promotional offer is available to a qualifying User on a once-only basis. 999dk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.6 Abuse of Bonuses. Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, use of bots or automated systems, or exploitation of promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with their spirit — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 999dk Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where legally required — referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts (whether in your own name or any other name).
• Depositing or transacting using funds derived from illegal activity or sources.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, insider betting or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abuse of support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to hack, probe or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Acting in a manner that 999dk reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or the facilitation thereof.

All content on the 999dk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, odds data, promotional materials and any other content — is the intellectual property of 999dk or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, sell or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 999dk.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 999dk and its respective content providers.

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999dk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or reliability of the Platform or its content.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension or termination of service; (c) any error, omission or inaccuracy in odds or game data; (d) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You are solely responsible for the betting and gaming decisions you make on this Platform. 999dk does not guarantee returns on any wager and does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred through normal platform use.

11.1 Operator-Initiated Closure. 999dk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected; (c) KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period; (d) the User is in a jurisdiction where access to the Platform is prohibited; or (e) it is required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law-enforcement obligation.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Where a closure request is made, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be considered. Real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by 999dk or the User — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Accrued bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited. Clauses regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and any accrued rights of either party survive termination.

12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence, as published in the Operator's official licensing documentation. 999dk does not hold a licence from any Pakistani authority and does not claim Pakistani regulatory oversight.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact 999dk's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 999dk will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution or complaints process applicable under the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, as detailed in the Operator's published licensing documentation.

12.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

999dk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — affecting user rights, fees or core service conditions — we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may take the form of an on-platform notification, an email to the address registered on your Account, or an update to the "Last updated" date visible at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
